"I just wanted to email the partners of Bway.net to say thank you for the excellent customer service my company has received from Dan Miller and Michael Royall. We ordered the Centrex ISDN service back in... December?

Dan got right on the ball and secu red an early install date with Hell Atlantic, and worked with me through the entire selection process -- even ordering a Netopia router that was brand new on the market. I have to admire his conscientiousness, his follow-ups, and his friendly advice thro ughout the whole experience.
Michael was fantastic in the face of a very stressful and very troubling situation. Hell Atlantic first did not show for the install, then when they did show, they installed the wrong line, had problems that I couldn't eve n begin to imagine, and Michael was there with us through every step of the way. He personally made the trip up to our home/office twice, and we didn't get quite as angry at Hell Atlantic simply because he got so angry at them. :-)

The result is that we now have a working ISDN connection, and we are very pleased with the results. To be honest, we have had nothing but negative experiences with so-called "customer service" or "technical support" people in other companies. It was a real pleasure to wor k with real professionals like Dan and Michael, and I wanted to compliment Bway.net on having such fine people working for you.
